Refund policy


Warning

We are aware of refund/return frauds and clients claiming to return clothing so they could wear new lines every week or months. 

Since this, we are obligate to change our policy.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days (2weeks). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

MOKT is a print on demand clothing company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, MOKT is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks(14days) after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks (14days) after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore MOKT reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return ( or picture/proof°) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@moktsclothing.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@moktsclothing.com. We will provide you the shipping adress. 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
